Trawl your Xbox's settings would be no1 and maybe add in specific manual connection details rather than using the Auto function. See if you can configure it manually then come back with results, thanks.. Test the wireless adapter in all of the USB ports on the Xbox 360 console. If the adapter works in one USB port but not another, try connecting another accessory to the USB port where the adapter didn't work. If a USB port doesn't work with any accessory, your console might need to be repaired. Submit an online repair request.
